PROJECT STATEMENT
The JFSC PROJECT examines Japan's macroeconomy, geopolitics, tax reform, and monetary policy from JFSC's independent perspective. We read Japan's structural particularities through the lens of the world, providing structural analysis and international comparison.
Starting from the question "why is Japan, in the world, the way it is" β we trace the connections to developments in the United States, Europe, Southeast Asia, and China. This project operates as a space for pure macro inquiry, independent of any specific commercial activity or business line.

Founder & CEO, JFSC
Graduated from the Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Economics, Kyoto University. Began at Sompo Japan Insurance Inc. (head-office corporate sales), then joined a Tokyo Stock Exchange-listed M&A intermediary firm. Founded Japan Financial Strategy Center in 2020. Provides systematic analysis of macroeconomics, geopolitics, tax reform, and monetary policy. Pursues continuous inquiry around the framing question "why is Japan, in the world, the way it is."
