Regulatory Position

JFSC operates under the framework of the SME M&A Guidelines (3rd edition, August 2024) issued by Japan's Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) and the Small and Medium Enterprise Agency. We are a registered M&A Support Organization under this regime and a full member of the M&A Support Organization Association.
